The blog is back after 4 years…

Hi! Welcome back to Body Mind Quotient.

For all you new readers, I’m Vinay Kodnani and I run this blog.

It all started as a passionate way of me sharing my fitness and mindset journey over 5 year ago.

I was in full throttle till I just couldn’t manage blogging consistently with my other commitments.

In the last 4 years of not blogging, I have still kept up (or tried) with my fitness and nutrition.

And it’s been a roller coaster ride, to say the least.

While I have achieved my best shape ever, starting out from fat to skinny fat, and finally, to ripped, my views on the subject now differ.

While the underlying concepts from the older posts on this blog still hold, I do have a more opinionated take on fitness and mindsets, thanks to years of trial and error (and failure lol).

Just to establish some clarity, I am not a fitness influencer.

And to be honest, neither do I think you need to be a fitness influencer or bodybuilder to look and feel fit.

Contrary to what the fitness industry might say, you don’t need to be living in the gym and go beast mode 24/7 to get in shape.

So expect some polarizing views and different perspectives, many of which could contradict my older views on the subject.

Not just that, but I am almost certain that majority of the game is psychological and not physical, especially as a natty who has terrible genetics.

So you can be expecting a lot of mindset and lifestyle content as well.

I would tell you what’s in store if I knew myself, but expect a lot of content that has helped me improve and move towards becoming the best version of myself (which is, again, not limited to fitness).
